For account access, event corrections, technical problems, or general questions, email support@mappelier.com.

Include the page or event involved, what you expected to happen, and any useful error message. Do not send your password, authentication code, or other sensitive credentials.

Privacy requests

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or another privacy right, email privacy@mappelier.com. Include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and tell us your country or state of residence. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority.

You can also delete your Mappelier account directly from Settings. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about rights and retention.

Event listings and rights concerns

For an inaccurate listing, removal request, or intellectual-property concern, email support@mappelier.com. Identify the listing or material, explain the requested correction or basis for removal, and include a reliable way to contact you.
